Registration Notes:
- Please include the names and birthdates of all children who plan to attend in your registration, even those who are under 8 months and can attend for free. Each child must be indicated separately in your registration (i.e. Student #1, Student #2, etc) to make sure they are counted correctly.
- New Families - a one-time processing fee of $15 will be automatically applied to your order if this is your first semester with us
- Payment Plan Options Available - At checkout, you can select to pay in full now, pay later, or pay as installments throughout the semester. You choose the option that works best for your budget!
- Family Need Discounts - To help us bring the magic of Music Together® to as many families in our community as possible, we have a limited number of partial scholarships available for families needing financial assistance. Complete the Music Together Scholarship Application Form if you believe you are eligible.
Music Together of South Dayton - Updated Payment Policies
When Submitting a Card (Debit or Credit) Payment:
- Card payments can be accepted upon registration, or after submitting the form via your Payment Portal. Note: In order to sign up for the installment plan, you MUST choose that option when you first register!
- Refunds - At this time, no refunds can be offered for online payments. If you pay online and need to cancel your registration, the payment will be applied to a future semester.
When Submitting a Paper (Check) Payment:
- Tuition checks must be received no later than two weeks before your start date in order to be applied towards your registration for the semester.
- Refunds- A tuition refund, minus a $15 fee, will be available to those who cancel before the first day of classes. No refunds will be available after the first day of class, but makeups can be arranged based on availability.

Remember, ONLY PAYMENT COMPLETES YOUR REGISTRATION AND GUARANTEES YOUR PLACE IN CLASS! Failure to submit payment no later than two weeks before your start date, or by another date agreed upon by the Center Director, will result in your name taken off the class list and your seat will be offered up to another family.
